Dear Customers & Partners,

I am pleased to announce effective immediately that Nu Horizons will merge all Semiconductor Distribution businesses throughout Asia Pacific.

Most significantly the Origin Electronics division and linecard will merge with
Nu Horizons Electronics. For most partners this will not bring a major change as the trading entity of both businesses was Nu Horizons Electronics Asia Pte Ltd.

In the majority of cases this change will bring enhanced services and access to more technology for our business partners.
